mostly good experience here
clean beach yoga instructor pet-friendly hotel old room outdated hair dryer repetative food
the hotel's location is excellent, and the beach is clean. i also appreciate that this hotel welcomes pets, a great benefit for people with furry friends.
the room was pretty old. the hair dryer felt ancient, like from the 1500s. the food felt always the same, a little boring and repetative. i think that this hotel does not really deserve its price or 5 stars, its more like a 3 stars hotel.

good food helpful manager room cleaning generator fire
I appreciated the adult only areas for dining. The food selection was also good. I found Ahmet Aydin very helpful when I requested a room change. He is the front office assistant manager.
The Beautiful Double Room with Sea View was not always cleaned daily. I sometimes had to ask for it to be done. the hotel lost all power one night because generators caught fire.

missing shower door broken air con
the food was ok and many choice was good quality.
our room not got cleaned two days and i kept call reception. wifi also went down a day. the shower door on our bathroom was missing and should been fixed prior to us arrive. air con was not working great either.

excellent stay with minor setbacks
multiple pools clean beach premium drinks friendly staff
the hotel had multiple pools, a meticulously maintained garden, and direct access to a clean beach, which i particularly enjoyed. the entertainment team was really good, keeping everyone engaged, also the availability of premium branded drinks within the all-inclusive package was a pleasant surprise. the hotel building itself looked beautiful, quite different from the other plain hotels nearby. the animation staff was friendly and fun.
the shower door was missing in my bathroom , and it should have been fixed before i checked in.

the hotel benefits from an excellent position , close to many shops , with the added advantage of being near the sea , which allows quick access for enjoyable walks.

my room overlooked the pool and the sea. it featured two levels creating a separate living space , and it was equipped with all the necessary items for a comfortable stay.
